Privacy Policy

Hotshi, responsible for processing, is particularly attentive to the protection and respect of your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to show you how we collect, use and share your Personal Data in accordance with the Regulations. We invite you to read this document carefully to know and understand our practices regarding the processing of your Personal Data.

 

1 – Definitions

“Personal Data” or “Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An “identifiable natural person” is deemed to be a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, Location Data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity;

“Sensitive Data” means Data which reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of Genetic Data, Biometric Data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, Data concerning health or Data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. The Company does not process any sensitive data;

“Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing. In this case it is Hotshi;

“Regulation” means Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of Data (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended.

“Sites” refers to all websites published by Hotshi.

 

2 – The Data we collect

Through our Websites, we may collect and process the following Data:

 

2.1 – The Data we collect when you contact us or subscribe to the newsletter.

In order to get in touch, we are required to process the following Data:

Identification data: email, title, first name, surname, address, date of birth, telephone number;

In the event of a commercial partnership or collaboration, payment data: RIB, bank card number, expiry date, visual cryptogram (These data are processed by payment providers/subcontractors but are not kept by Hotshi or by subcontractors).

When you subscribe to the newsletter or to a specific event, we also collect the Data above as well as any other audiovisual elements if you provide it to us.

If you provide us with personal information about a third party, you will need to provide them with a copy of this Policy.

 

2.2 – The Data we collect when you subscribe to our newsletter or sign a petition

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the following Data:

Name ;

First name ;

E-mail ;

Phone number.

This Data will allow us to contact you by email, post, telephone or text message to inform you of Company news.

 

2.3 – The Data we collect via cookies and other trackers

Hotshi Sites use cookies installed on your computer during your browsing. A cookie is a small file that records information relating to browsing on a Site. The data thus obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the Site, and are also intended to allow various measures of attendance. 2.4 – Sensitive Data

Hotshi does not process any Sensitive Data.

 

3 – Storage periods

Contact Data will be kept for 10 years after the year of the last contact, in particular to be able to respond to requests from the administration. During this period, your email address may be used to send you news from the Company. Beyond this period, the anonymized data allowing the realization of statistical studies will then be kept.

Visitor browsing data will be kept for 36 months.
